OCEAN PLAY, EXMOUTH

In July 2015 we completed one of our largest projects to date and probably one of the largest indoor play areas in the country at the ‘Ocean’ complex on Exmouth seafront. The indoor adventure play centre is situated on the first floor along with a family-friendly viewing area and café, with stunning views over the seafront. The play zone function suite occupies an area of 1,232 square metres with 480 square metres allocated for play. The play zone includes an enormous 4 level play structure for ages 5-11’s a separate toddler and baby area with a total play capacity of 275 children! The ‘Ocean’ complex is one of the South Coasts largest entertainment venues, and in addition offers a 12 lane tenpin bowling area and Bar and Grill on the ground floor along with a SEGA entertainment centre and retail units. A second floor Ocean Suite operates as an impressive venue for weddings, conferences and events, providing sumptuous surroundings and further panoramic views of the coastline and estuary.
